Cullen Dickey is a Dallas native and Broker with 18 years of experience in commercial real estate. Cullen grew up in Highland Park and went on to graduate from Southern Methodist University. He was raised working in restaurant kitchens and taught to value hard work. His father educated him about commercial real estate from a young age. Cullen spent two years with Falcon Realty Advisors, working on tenant and landlord representation, land sales and surplus disposition. He then joined David Little Real Estate. Cullen worked with David for eight years, continuing his focus on local brokerage and relationships, before obtaining his Broker license with the plan to open his own company.

Cullen founded Dickey Property Co. in 2013 based on the following core beliefs: be “of service,” provide unmatched local market knowledge and rely on a deep network of Dallas business relationships. Cullen’s thorough understanding of the brokerage business and in negotiating complicated transactions enable him to provide best-in-class service to Dickey Property Co’s clients. DPC is a boutique agency focused on investment sales, tenant representation, and land sales and acquisition. 

Cullen is a board director for his family business, Dickey’s Barbecue Restaurants. Cullen and his wife, Allison, have a wonderful son, Warren. Outside of the office, Cullen can be found cheering on Warren’s various sports teams, searching for hard-to-find ethnic ingredients for cooking the next family meal or reading through a travel guide, as if it were a novel.
